Fly Go-Air (Pty) Ltd is a business in the Airline industry, and markets passenger transportation tickets.
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed immediately and delivery confirmed by way of a booking reference number (e-ticket).

Payment options accepted
Payment may be made via Visa or MasterCard credit cards or by bank transfer into the Fly Go-Air bank account, the details of which will be provided on request.
Credit card acquiring and security
Credit card transactions will be acquired for Fly Go-Air via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for Standard Bank of South Africa. PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no credit card details are stored on the website. Customer details separate from card details

Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction Currency is South African Rand (ZAR).
During the booking process we require certain information to enable us to confirm your seat, process payment and e-mail you the confirmation. This information is always passed through our secure portal using the secure socket layer technology (SSL).
Fly Go-Air may disclose aggregate statistics (information about the customer population in general terms) about the data to advertisers or business partners for marketing purposes.
Third party suppliers or agents
Fly Go-Air may need to provide data to a third party supplier to supply or provide specific goods or services to a customer (such as but not limited to car rental, hotel accommodation or travel insurance). Each third party supplier is required to only disclose or use the data to supply or provide the specific goods or services requested.

Fly Go-Air may disclose data to designated third parties to resolve or investigate abuse complaints. Fly Go-Air may release data to assist in attempting to block an abusive customer or complain to its Internet Service Provider of an abusive customer.

Fly Go-Air uses most advanced security measures to protect the data under its controls. All data is safe, secure, and available only to the customer and those to whom the customer has granted permissions. In addition, the web site is hosted in a secure server environment that uses a firewall and other advanced security measures to prevent interference or access from outside intruders.
Username and Password
Certain functionality on Fly Go-Air's website may require a username and password to access. It is the responsibility of each customer to maintain the confidentiality and security of their password.
Intercept and Monitor
Fly Go-Air may intercept, monitor, block, filter, read, delete, and disclose any communication over its information system.
